How it works

Three taps, from printed QR to owner's ear.

The whole loop — customer hears you want feedback, records it, you read the transcript — fits inside a coffee order.

01
You print a QR

Download the Signage Pack (seven on-brand assets) and stick the one that fits your space on the counter, table, door or receipt.

02
Customer scans, taps, speaks

Five seconds of voice. No app install, no signup, no form — just a mic button and a waveform.

03
It lands in your inbox

Real audio you can play back, an accurate transcript, a drafted Google review, and weekly insights. In under two seconds.

Try it — no signup

What your customer sees.

Features

Everything in the product.

Designed to replace the survey nobody fills out. Not a platform — one sharp tool, built around voice.

Accurate transcripts

Every clip is transcribed in under a second. Multilingual, punctuated, searchable. Your inbox is text you can search, audio you can play back.

Drafted Google reviews

Happy clips auto-draft into clean, natural Google reviews. Customer taps once, the review is pre-copied, Google opens in a new tab.

Harmful-content shield

A smart filter separates profanity, defamation, and threats from constructive criticism. Damaging content routes to a private apology screen — not to your public Google profile.

Seven-piece signage pack

Table tents, counter cards, door decals, receipt footers, Instagram stories, SMS snippets, email signatures. Four visual styles. One zip with real scannable QRs tied to your listing.

Transcript-native insights

Monday digest email

One short email every Monday. Themes that came up, customers flagged for a personal reply, week-over-week delta. Five minutes to read. Built on the same clustering as the dashboard.

Why voice

Surveys measure the customers who had time.
Voice measures the ones who had feelings.

3%
Typical survey response rate

By the time customers get your email, 97 of 100 are already gone. Voice clips catch people in the store, while it's fresh.

5s
Voice is the lowest-friction primitive

Typing a paragraph costs real effort. Speaking a sentence costs nothing. That asymmetry is why voice wins.

1-tap
To post as a public review

Happy customers barely need to leave their seat. The review is drafted, copied, and Google's composer opens with one tap.

FAQ

Questions we expected.

No. They scan your QR with the built-in camera, the record page opens in their browser, they tap the mic, they speak. That's it. Works on any iPhone or Android phone with a mic.
Nowhere. We transcribe the customer's voice in memory and discard the recording with the request — only the transcript and the AI-drafted review get stored, on dedicated isolated storage. When you click play in your dashboard, we synthesise speech from the transcript on the fly. Voice never persists. We don't sell your data, we don't train on it, and our AI providers don't train on it either. Exportable on request, deletable within 30 days.
Our AI reads every transcript twice — once to rewrite it into a Google review, once to classify it as acceptable or harmful. Constructive criticism ('line was slow', 'food was salty') is acceptable and gets a drafted review. Profanity, personal attacks on named staff, or defamatory claims route to a private apology screen. The customer keeps the option to post the raw transcript anyway from a discreet link.
Not quite — Google's review URL doesn't accept prefilled text (platform limitation). What we do: generate the draft, copy it to the customer's clipboard with three layers of fallback, and deep-link them straight into Google's composer on mobile or desktop. One long-press paste and they're done.
Free during the MVP. Everything in the product today — transcription, AI-drafted reviews, hosting — is covered on our end. Paid plans will appear once we need to cover volume, and you'll get 14 days' notice before any change.
Yes, built with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law (§§18/29), and the Spam Act 2003 in mind. Customers see a clear disclosure before they record. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days. Notifiable breaches are reported per Part IIIC. The full Terms & Privacy Policy is linked in the footer.
Our transcription supports around 100 languages out of the box. Transcripts are returned in the original language. The review-rewriter is English-tuned today — happy to extend if you have a specific need.
